How do I add a user to my account for payment?

If the user already has a Dedoose account, you will need to send an email to support@dedoose.com with your username and the username or email address of the user you wish to add.

Please be aware that only the account administrator can request that a user be added to their account for payment.

If the user does not have a Dedoose account, click the Account button to go to the Accounts Workspace.

Click the Add User button on the bottom.

They will receive an email with the account information you entered and instructions on how to log in. Please be aware that if you also want to add the user to your project, you will need to do this separately. Here are the instructions: Add User to Project
