The receipt I received does not have enough information. How do I get a more detailed receipt?

The automatic receipt sent when you make a payment through the system will only include the Transaction ID number. This article will explain how to get a more detailed receipt.

To get a more detailed receipt send us an email to support@dedoose.com with the following information:

  1. The username on the account the purchase was made.
  2. The date the payment was made.
  3. Any information that you need included on the receipt.
