Follow these instructions to reset your password. Make sure that you have access to the email account linked to your Dedoose account. If you do not, please contact our support team at email@example.com for help resetting the password.
2. Enter either your Dedoose username or email address. Hit Submit.
If you enter your email address, make sure that it is the one linked to your Dedoose account. If not, the system will not register that you have an account. You will then receive an email with a new randomly generated password to log in with. After you log in, if you want to set the password to something new, follow these instructions.
