What is a dynamic descriptor?

Alina Lieber -

Dynamic Descriptors are a method of tracking change in data over time. By creating a dynamic descriptor, any links from descriptors to media will require assigning a time for that dynamic descriptor when you link a descriptor. Hence, it is best to use them only when the quantitative data will change.
